Account Sign Up via Reddit problem

I sign up via Reddit. Setup page with 3 steps showed me, in step 3 I can't save it.. Button for Save was not working, only icon rotates but nothing was happen.
When I tried to refresh page I see 3 step setup page without content.
I tried another browser. After Reddit permission to allow using credentials empty 3 step setup page appears.
I sign up with email and tried connect Reddit account, but nothing happened.

Still having this issue, it is so annoying.

It is not recommended to use a fixed time to upload, it is easy to have this problem, it is recommended to re-upload the version
