Would love to be able to see filename listed on its page.

At the moment I have been restarting the download to see its filename. This happens because I will start a whole bunch of downloads and leave and then if filename is not relevant it's a big mess and time is spent to discover.

I'd like file names to also turn up in searches, it would also make finding models easier.

I was trying to find images for preview tags in Web Ui, and was having a hard time because some don't contain the words in the filename, or like with textual inversions typically being "cryptic" letters/numbers.
